Return and refund policies
At Milany, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Below, we explain our refund and return policies:
1. Returns
1. Return Period: You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to return your products. After this date, no returns will be accepted.
2. Product Conditions: Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for used or damaged items.
3. Non-returnable products: Underwear and swimwear products are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Return process
1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at infomilany@gmail.com . Please indicate your order number, the product you're returning, and the reason for the return.
2. Once the request is approved, Milany will provide shipping instructions for returning the items.
The client will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defect in the products.
3. Refunds
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 8 to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment method and bank.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error by Milany or receipt of a product in poor condition.
4. Exchanges
If you prefer to exchange an item for another, you must return it according to the aforementioned conditions and make a new purchase, as Milany does not offer direct exchanges.
Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
5. Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at infomilany@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Be sure to provide evidence of the defect or error through photos or videos.
6. Shipping costs
1. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except for defective or incorrect items.
2. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.
7. Additional conditions
We reserve the right to reject a return if it does not comply with our policies. If the return is rejected, the item will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
